Dr. Jeff Morin is a native of Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from Lansing Catholic Central High School in 1989. After spending two years at Michigan Tech University, he went on to finish his pre-medical education at Michigan State University. Dr. Morin then moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.
He completed a three year, comprehensive residency at the North Chicago VA/Catholic Health Partners podiatric surgical program. Dr. Morin was trained in a broad spectrum of care with a focus on foot, ankle and reconstructive surgery. In his last year of residency, Dr. Morin was chosen for the Chief Resident position, from a pool of seven candidates.Dr. Morin joined Lansing Orthopedic, P.C. in July 2001.
He specializes in a wide range of foot and ankle care, including surgical and nonsurgical correction of common foot ailments, custom foot orthoses, diabetic foot care, wound care, trauma, and sports medicine.Dr. Morin is Board Certified in Foot, Ankle, and Rearfoot Reconstruction by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Morin is an active member of many prestigious professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association.
